My name is Debbie Otterson and I teach 2nd grade.  I’ve been teaching in Catholic schools for over 20 years with the majority of the time teaching  second grade.  I graduated from Keene State College with my Bachelors in Education and Rivier University with a Masters in Education with a concentration in Guidance Counseling. I am married and have 2 boys. My older son graduated from SJRS and is in high school.  My younger son is currently in 7th grade attending SJRS . In my free time, I enjoy doing activities with my family, being outside biking, swimming, reading, or in my garden.

 What I enjoy the most about teaching at SJRS is that I’m able to share my faith with my students while providing a strong academic foundation as well.
